Dedicated to the memory of Maurice Botting

This site is a tribute to our Dad, Maurice Botting. Mole to his family, Positive Pops to his daughters, Mozza to his friends from work and GrandPappyPoos to his granddaughters. 

We'll be keeping this website as a reminder of how much he meant to his family and friends, and to share stories, anecdotes and pictures of him with you all, and for you to do the same with us.

We miss him so much but looking on here from time to time will help us remember him not only as our Dad, but also to read and look through your memories of him.

Maurice, you will be missed so much for being the wonderful you that you were. Always had an amazing sense of humour and joy about you. I loved your stories and the way you supported staff beyond the role you did. You were so fun to work with at Sauflon/Coopervision and someone we could depend on and trust. You will never be forgotten, you were a wonderful presence wherever you went, funny and always saw the bright side of life. Thank you for being a great friend at work, we'll miss you but will never forget you Carole

We are thinking of you Maurice on this special day , and heartfelt sympathy for your loss. Thinking of your family and friends and the empty space you have left in this world. We have many happy memories of you and Charmaine over the years. I remember you coming to Owen close to date Charmaine at 17 . I remember your apprenticeship at Teston garage with my boyfriend Keith at the time and the pranks that went on there .. I remember visits to Gravesend when Charmaine was expecting Tracy and you stayed with your parents. Then you lived with Sheila and John at County Rd when Tracy was a baby . . So many more happy memories 💓 god bless you xxx
